Compact smoke generator for cold smoking.

Made of stainless steel. The set includes a bunker for chips, a condensate receiver. The design provides a low smoke temperature and collection of harmful combustion by-products, resulting in a much cleaner end product than direct smoking.

The volume of the hopper for shavings is 5.2 liters, providing continuous smoking for 6-8 hours (depending on the air supply).
